„Room service only on request was ok for us. What we didn't understand: the hotel aisles became each day more and more dirty (there is free popcorn f.e.), Drury staff must have seen this, but nobody took care of this.“

„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. „The online check in was great. When we arrived, I just had to show ID and was handed the room key. It was fast, easy and convenient. The staff was super friend and the room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again!“
