« Everything was perfect! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Clean, beautifully decorated. Nice people. Easy check-in and check-out. Love the indoor outdoor fireplace. Had coffee on the patio in the morning with the local deer. Community firepit is a great addition. Very peaceful. Highly recommend!! »

« We recently had the pleasure of staying at this cozy cabin, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Even days before we were scheduled to arrive, communication with Pam was excellent. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. The cabin itself was impeccable and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. « The property owner made check-in and check-out seamless. The property itself was fantastic—no picture can truly capture the cozy interior, the scenic view from the deck, and the incredible amenities, including the sauna and hot tub. Not to mention this is a great area to stay if visiting Colorado, as Evergreen is central to all kinds of attractions etc. Highly recommend. »

« Nice little cabin, deer in the area. Something different than a motel. A nice change of pace. Very reasonably prices. »

« The pictures you see on the listing are just what you get. A clean well maintained house with an amazing view. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and tons more we wouldn't expect. Great location which is close to stores and food if you want to go out.Our whole family had a great stay and we would stay again without question! »

« This property was such a treasure to find and stay at! Cindy, the host, was very good about communicating what to expect for a trip to the mountains in April. The weather was great for the time of year. There was a little snow at the cabin when we arrived but It made the hot tub feel magical! We would hike mueller state park and visit manitou spring during the day. Then we cooked, grilled, and watched movies all night! I cannot wait to visit again. »

« We stayed at the mint house in Denver. The location was great, however getting in and out of the building and figuring anything out when you get there is a THING. There is no front desk, no one to great you. No one to show you where parking is. It’s a giant pain to parallel park on a busy street, drag your suitcases throughout two coded doors, and then finally try and figure out the security features on the elevator.
