„Nice, clean apartment very good location steps from the beach and within walking distance to good food and shops. The residents in the apartment above us were quite noisy into after midnight and they had a dog that barked and cried when they left it alone. Overall though this place is a good place to stay.“

„Beautiful little suite-comfy bedding-luxurious bathrobes and towels...adorable front porch for coffee in the morning ,and 2 short blocks to the beach!!!! This is a keeper for return getaways!!!!“

„The apartment is small but would be very comfortable for a couple or small family. The kitchen is well stocked. Communication with the manager was excellent. The sofabed is not great, but the two real beds are comfortable. And the location is fantastic -- a block to the main street and two blocks to the beach. “

As others have stated, communication is strictly through the VRBO app, but any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly. I spent a birthday here with friends and couldn’t have imagined a better property or a more attentive and generous host! 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants to spend time on the gorgeous Jersey shore. „This was great and clean and as advertised. I did not like the hidden cost of the insurance policy that pops up after you start the transaction. Who wants to leave a 3,000 deposit or pay an additional 89 per night for insurance that is not presented up front?“

„Very close to the beach, very clean apartment and quiet neighborhood. The deck outside was like having another room with the extra seating, table and grill. A little hard with having small children being on the second floor but the owners on the first floor were very accommodating and made it well worth it. Owners responded quickly to any of our questions. If we would stay at Ortley Beach again we would definitely stay here. “
