„Enjoyed the mature landscape, clean property and comfortable home. My kids enjoyed the volleyball net, and open green space. Too cold to swim but pool and entertaining space were very nice. Only small draw back was location in proxicimity to the train tracks. Train came though all hours of the day/night very fast and loud horns.“

„The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day.“

„My family had an amazing stay. This was the perfect location for my family. We enjoyed being able to watch the deer and see baby turkeys. The house is spacious and so cozy. Had amazing communication with no issues. The best thing about our stay was the day we came back and there was a deer right outside the door. Although out in the country still very close to town and everything you need.“

„We had a great time at this property. Less than 10 minutes to Watkins Glen and the Gorge Trail. Multiple wineries with 10 minutes. Also a bunch of markers markets and local farm stores within 20 minutes. We really enjoyed exploring the area and then winding down on the back porch at night after a day out. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to explore the Watkins Glen or Seneca Lake Wine Trail.“
