« Beautifully decorated and appointed. Large TV in room. Comfortable bed. Only negative is that the room was hot so had to open window and nearby road is noisy. Also walls thin so could hear people in next room using bathroom, coughing etc. Which disturbed my sleep. »

« Have stayed many times. It is clean comfortable and excellent value. The home cooked food has limited options but what there is is always tasty, hot, fresh and good value. Breakfast is excellent. I would not choose anywhere else if coming to the area. A solid 10/10 here. »

« The Crown seems a bit tired and we felt we didn’t want to eat an evening meal there. The accommodation was lovely and clean and provided everything we needed. The bed was comfy but the pillows were hard. If staying bring your own pillows. The breakfast was basic but the landlady was lovely. We stayed because we had been at a funeral in Swaffham and visiting Sandringham. »

« Mis-sold this accommodation. This is a house share, with 5 bedroom, but was described as "You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party." on Expedia So I did not stay at Hillcroft. »

« The room, facilities were fantastic. The little touches, Norfolk Natural Living….. bubble bath, shower gel and shampoo with conditioner, added to the quality of our stay! Bread source breakfast was delicious! Home made bread source biscuits with their amazing coffee in the room was lovely to have on arrival and again first thing in the morning. Highly recommend, everything was as advertised. »

« Greg and Jackie what more can we say! If we could give 10 we would. You are both such warm and welcoming hosts and we hope your B and B thrives. Your kniwledge if the area and places to visit were spot on. We will definitely be back again and will pass on your details to any friends we know thar are looking fir a super place to stay.
