„Place had smell at first not sure if musty or whatWiFi listed but didn’t work. Even the Tv kept buffering. Had Cell Phone svc but not Internet. Lake cabin type feel /decor. Has what you need but not upscale Pan was dirty. Found old waffles still in toaster. Needs hooks or shelf with hooks in bedroomNeed small table on other side of bed (for eye glasses/etc) Thank you for the farm fresh eggs.“

„I visited for 2 nights celebrating my birthday with family. The residence was a pure delight. Very clean, every need taken care of. The full moon over the bed was awesome. Outdoor views and neighborhood are very peaceful. Would definitely return and recommend highly.“

„Such a beautiful little shack and an amazing view. Everything is super clean and the beds are very comfortable I would just suggest maybe some extra blankets on hand! Has a mini fridge, coffee maker, even a toaster. This was a great stay for a small family like ours. “

„A beautiful cabin along the Brazos River to make memories. We had a great time. Our two oldest daughters (7 and 2) absolutely loved exploring the property, and walking down to the river. „The Grandkids (6 & 8) had a great time exploring the farm and feeding the animals. They also enjoyed Big Rocks Park, the Wild Animal Park and the Dinosaur Valley State Park. The Carriage House was quaint and fun, but would have been better with dish towels and more kitchen dishes/utensils. Also, The bedroom is crowded for 4. There was also no water pressure when we arrived because a hose had been left on in the farm area. That was solved relatively quickly.“
