Das Mill Lane Cottage ist ein einstöckiges, freistehendes Haus mit einem umzäunten, nach Süden ausgerichteten privaten Garten mit einer großen Sonnenterrasse und Gartenmöbeln. Genießen Sie die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge über dem Cottage und den atemberaubenden Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft.

Dieses Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einem Teil unseres familiengeführten Bauernhofs und wurde 2016 erbaut. Es ist sauber und modern mit ländlichem Touch. Parkplatz für zwei Autos.

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über ein wunderschönes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem kleinen Doppelschlafsofa im Wohnbereich. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Ein Reisebett und ein Hochstuhl können auf Anfrage bereitgestellt werden.

Die geräumige offene Wohnküche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 4 Personen und genießt den Blick auf die Landschaft von der modernen Frühstücksbar.

Entspannen Sie im Wohnbereich mit einem 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, einem DVD-Player und kostenlosem WIFI. Das moderne Badezimmer hat eine Dusche über der Badewanne, Waschbecken und Toilette. Vollgas-Zentralheizung.

Die pulsierende Stadt Bath ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt (ca. 15 Minuten) und mit dem Odd Down Park and Ride (immer 5 Minuten Fahrt) leicht zu erreichen. Bath hat eine Reihe von fabelhaften Restaurants und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Orte zu besuchen.

Bringen Sie Ihre Gummistiefel mit und erkunden Sie die atemberaubende Landschaft, während Sie vom Cottage aus zahlreiche Spaziergänge unternehmen. Besuchen Sie unseren nur 1,6 km entfernten örtlichen Pub im Dorf Priston, der fantastisches Essen serviert.

Die beliebte Hochzeitslocation Priston Mill ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang über das Feld oder eine kurze Taxifahrt (5 Minuten) entfernt. Machen Sie dieses Haus zum perfekten und bequemen Aufenthaltsort, wenn Sie an einer Veranstaltung hier teilnehmen.

Wir haben auch ein Studio-Apartment auf dem Bauernhof The Den Mill Lane, Inglesbatch, Bath, ideal für Hochzeitsfeiern oder Familien, die eine größere Unterkunft suchen. Wir akzeptieren 1 Nacht in der Höhle, aber mindestens 2 Nächte in der Hütte Alter.

Great accommodation in lovely location
The accommodation is situated on a farm. It is relatively modern in terms of layout and furnishings, all set out to a good standard. The 'gite' is spacious with well fitted out kitchen and bathroom. There is a washing machine as well as dishwasher which were welcome items in the kitchen. There is a well set-out private garden and patio. You are in a very rural environment, but the park n ride for Bath city centre is only about 2 miles away. Our hosts were very helpful and welcoming as well. All good and highly recommended.

It was okay
Starting off with the good points, the place is well located just outside of Bath but near enough to the park and ride to get into the city quickly. It is rather isolated so finding the property was slightly tricky in the dark but the instructions provided did help. The place was clean and warm on arrival and was a good space for 2 people. The negatives were that it felt like little effort had been put in and that it would only cost a little bit to make the place much nicer (providing coasters, place mats, blankets etc). The bed was also not particularly comfortable which I've seen others mention. Also it would be nice if toiletries like shower gel or shampoo were provided (I realise it doesn't say in the advert that these are provided but it's kind of expected for the price per night being over £100 after all fees are included). Also we were only provided with 4 teabags which is a bit tight when we were staying for 3 nights. There were also a large number of spiders that were in the property on arrival and it seemed like these could have been removed in the cleaning process. Finally, we found it a bit cheeky to pay a cleaning fee and then still be asked to strip the beds and put the bedding in the washing machine! Overall, the place is fine but not worthy of 5* with what is provided and when the price per night is taken into consideration.

The place was hard to find but if we had followed the instruction to the letter we would have found it sooner. It was lovely to be surrounded by animals in a peaceful and quiet environment. The property was ideal for us. So near to Bath yet so far away from the bustle.

Perfect location for Priston Mill events
Property is exactly as it appears and as described. Check in was very simple. I'm not familiar with the area, and there's a lot of unmarked lanes; property owner gives clear directions that you should follow closely. Kitchen was fully equipped; bathing products guest will supply (which may have been clearly stated but I missed it if so). There is a large grocery store not more than 10 min away. I think it would be difficult to stay here without a car (in case you're coming to an event at Priston Mill). Area was quiet; stay was restful. Thank you!

Bring your shampoo!
Very surprised that the basics were not supplied. No shampoo, conditioner or bath gel. One bath towel and one hand towel. One paper towel on the roll in the kitchen. While it is a self service accommodation, generally kitchen basics such as salt, pepper and cooking oil are supplied. The double bed is not the most comfortable but will suffice. The location is difficult to find by cab, and not well supplied by taxi so you would be advised to have a car. The location is great if you want to get away from it all but still be within 15 minutes of Bath. Just pack your shampoo. And salt.

Good parking, good communication regarding the property. The property was spacious enough with all mod cons. Double bed could have been a king size and better quality. Fan could have been useful given the conditions i the heatwave, however we did not ask for one. Smell of the farm was initially a concern for a day or so but this was not consistent throughout the stay. Nice quiet area down narriw rural lanes, shirt walks across fields, good links to Bath. Good overall.

Great location for Bath in particular, as well as Bristol and surrounding areas. Good communication with host and grateful for use of travel cot and high chair. Good space and amenities. Unfortunately our stay coincided with a very hot heat wave and no fan available so we needed to make arrangements to bring our own, but we were advised of this prior to arrival which was helpful for planning.

Calming and restful
Katy was a call/message away and responded very quickly. It was a lovely location for us to rest, visit family and Bath. The cottage is clean and has all mod cons needed as well as WiFi. As the cottage is on the farm it was hard to enjoy the outdoor space as the smell was quite potent at times. We had a lovely walk about in the village, very friendly and even the horses trotted over to say hello.
