„I booked a two queen room because we are a family of four. We check in, and I get asked which floor we would like because it was my sons birthday and he was excited, so I said the highest one possible please. We get to our room on the 4th floor, and it’s a king room. I hate complaining so it was fine, we would work with the pull out couch, EVEN THOUGH I booked a room with TWO BEDS.
