TERRIBLE- Do not book!
This place was awful and the rental property company/owner weren’t helpful at all!Here is a list of all the issues we ran into:-Terrible smell right when you walk in the door -URINAL in the shower -Dirty concrete floors in the shower -All the paint is chipping off the cabinets -The beds are very uncomfortable and cheap. They are really low to the ground.-Half the lights don’t work -Instead of installing lights in the bathroom, they put up stick on LED lights -The trim is coming off in the hallway and in the kitchen -The refrigerator was full of old food when we arrived-The shower was too small and not big enough for anyone that’s somewhat tall-The doors would hardly shut to the bedrooms and you had to slam them shutJust an awful place all around. For the price, just go stay at the Westin and enjoy the ski in/ski out aspect.

Small property, but good stay
Our family stayed for the weekend. Generally good stay. One surprise is that the pin on the map for the location is nowhere near the actual location. Just be aware it is in West Avon, a 10 minute walk to the Bear lot, not near the Westin. The place is minimally stocked, one pot, one pan, no laundry soap, but it is clean and nicely furnished. The place is pretty small with only 3 dining stools at the kitchen bar and no dining table area. We'd planned to cook and eat at the condo but ended up going out instead. As others stated, the master bath is odd- a wet bath with a urinal in the shower. Truthfully, you get what you pay for. The price on this unit was less than others. If you're looking for a budget place to stay and don't mind being tight quarters, I'd recommend this place.

Photos are misleading
The manager of the property was easy to communicate with and the check in/out was super easy. A few things worth mentioning: the beds are super low to the ground-just a mattress on a low frame. The master bath is definitely unique, and not in a good way. The way it’s set up made us not want to use it. There is also a lot of wear and tear such as paint peeling off, front door frame seemed like it was broken at one point, etc. The condo works as a place to rest your head, but not worth the price in my opinion. May be better suited for young college people who maybe don’t care about comfort as much, but wasn’t what my family and I were looking for to stay in for our vacation.

Spring Skiing Weekend
Perfect place for two couples, it served its purpose for a late spring ski weekend. I wouldn't say it was walking distance to any lifts (in ski boots) but it was a short ride to the parking lot that had a shuttle to the mountain.

Great stay
This place was great for our group! Kitchen and living area was really open and roomy-very comfortable couch/space to hang out. The beds are low, but really comfortable; we all slept really well. Main bedroom bath is a little funky with the set up, but the shower was great! Water pressure and the rainfall shower was so nice after a day of skiing. Really close to Bear lot and a quick shuttle to slopes. Very easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

nightmare on elm street
1. there was no view of a lift 2. the construction noise was a nightmare-we had to leave because of it. 3 the balcony had no room to sit 4 there was a urinal in the mater bathroom- and a tripping hazard. 5 No shelves to put your toiletries 6 Beds were so low it gave my husband serious back pain 7 Washer and drier not supposed to stackable 8 no cutting board in the kitchen 9 garage and shed filthy 10 and the list goes on and on Went there to celebrate my daughter's birthday and engagement. Thought there was a barbecue grill and the table in the house was ridiculous DO NOT STAY HERE MANAGEMENT TOTALLY UNRESPONSOVE

Pretty Good But Not Great
The place is pretty nice and the management group is very responsive. The internet didn't work on two separate occasions and they fixed it when I contacted them. The location is really good too. We drove to public parking and then grabbing the Riverfront Gondola. No money spent on parking! There are a couple quirky things that are worth noting. 1. The master bath is really odd. There is a shower, a shower bench, a urinal, a toilet and a sink all in the same space. After you take a shower, the entire room is drenched and not that appealing to use for other purposes. There is also no curtain sectioning it off from the closet which you walk through to get there. Water splashes from the bathroom into the closet area. 2. The top bedding is really thin and doesn't keep you that warm. There were a few spare blankets but they were equally thin. 3. The fireplace flue didn't work properly. I completely opened the flue and then lit a fire. Small traces of smoke gradually filled the room and then triggered the fire alarm. We stopped using it after two tries. 4. The kitchen has ceiling fan that gives off a weird kind of greenish/blueish CFL cast. All the other lights are tungsten balanced. I'm unusually sensitive to light and different temperatures. Some people may not even notice but I found it a little jarring. 5. The front door has a pretty big draft that leaks in cold air. 6. There is an outside matt for wiping off your shoes but nothing on the inside of the condo. Even with wiping your feet, you track in some snow on your boots and then it melts creating an area around the door that has water.

Had a great time
We had an enjoyable stay overall. Great location: quiet street, just a short walk to the shuttle stop or 5 minutes drive to the slopes. Being able to park a car in the garage is a big bonus during winter time. I agree with a previous reviewer about strange design choice for the master bath but then again we saw stranger things during our trips to Europe. :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location
This property overall was great. The location was ideal for outdoor activities being steps from the river, 5 min walk to the lake, and very close to beaver creek resort. The property is fairly small, but is updated which was perfect for me. The only issue I had was the master bathroom was interesting with the toilet, sink, a urinal, and shower all together in an open room with no separation or doors between any of them. Overal the property was very good.
