"Ich war mit einer Freundin für eine Nacht als Städtetrip im Hotel NYX. Wir hatten beide ein Einzelzimmer. Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt beim Bahnhof. Es gibt einen Kofferservice, das Taxi wurde uns schnell und unkompliziert bestellt (es wurde uns sogar damit geholfen, dem Taxifahrer die korrekte Haltestelle zu nennen) und wir konnten gratis einige Stunden früher Einchecken, womit wir überhaupt nicht gerechnet hatten. "

"The receptionist was very welcoming from the beginning and till the end. She helped us make a copy of the passport as well and tried to support us with what we need. The drinking machine on the 2nd floor was not working and the shower head was broken, but others were great including the AC. The safe was not opened one night so we had to ask for help to forcefully open it, which was odd. "
