Although there are other houses nearby, the house is cleverly positioned to provide privacy and to take advantage of the north aspect and garden views from the lounge room and large outdoor decks. The lovely native garden invited visits from wildlife, including kangaroos, cockatoos and even a peacock one morning. The house has easy street access and Hepburn Springs is a short drive away, so it was no trouble to go out ...

„Excellent property. Two suggestions- provide tea towels as no dishwasher and provide bread board. Wine glasses weren’t very clean but everything else was spotless. The bath is a tricky to navigate for a shower because of the dip in it for the spa. For anyone short or with mobility problems this could be an issue.“

„The property deserves its name! The views are brilliant - From Sunrise to Sunset and even deep into the night! The bedrooms we comfy & appointed well - each with great views! It was great to have a separate TV room for the teens which wasn't in the main family area! Outdoor entertaining areas & garden were wonderful all all 2 legged and the 4 legged family members. „Lovely, quiet, peaceful place to unwind from life’s stresses. The tiny house was very cosy for just myself and my Cavoodle. On my travels to the tiny house, Laureen was in contact and made sure I had plenty of blankets for the cold nights. The fire was beautiful! Will definitely return!“

„Adorable Lucys Cottage was a perfect place to stay during the crisp Melbourne Winter! Warm and cosy homestay that had everything we needed. My 92 year old grandfather accompanied me and we had great access through the back door...no steps inside and a shower that he could easily access. Also really practical having 2 toilets.. Lovely Lucys Cottage with sweet charm from the past...a trip down memory lane for Pop!“
