„Nachdem wir das Objekt gefunden haben, stand lediglich die Tür offen und es war niemand im Haus vorzufinden. Im Internet und vor dem Haus kann man einige Telefonnummern finden, die aber entweder deaktiviert sind oder nicht beantwortet werden. Nachdem wir also über zwei Stunden vor dem Haus saßen und bereits 45 Minuten mit dem Kundenservice telefoniert haben, der uns beteuert hat, dass es sich um ein familiengeführtes Gästhaus handelt und uns lediglich vertröstet, aber nicht weiter geholfen hat, ...

„Sehr gute Unterkunft für einen Fussballbesuch. Das Hotel ist keine 100 Meter vom Stadion entfernt. Es hat eine Bar, wo vor dem Spiel viele Leute kommen. Zimmer war klein, aber sehr sauber und recht neu Ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht. “

„We booked two rooms and my sister refused to stay after one night as it was so dirty. Staff where chopping and cooking food from 11pm until 130am. The kitchen was left in a disgusting unusable condition. The fridge was dirty and smelly with out of date food left in it. In the shower was a baked light bulb, and which blew while autistic son was showering and my dad had to come over and replace it. „Michael is a gentleman, he was very quick to sort out an issue that arose during my stay. He went out of his way to do all he could to make the stay more relaxed and enjoyable. Please don't think you're paying for a hotel room at this price however, what I got I was more than happy with and while lots of people will complain, you get what you pay for. For Liverpool football fans this place is literally right next door! Look out the windows and you can literally reach out and touch the Stadium! “
