„We stayed a week with our adult children and it was wonderful. Very close to the public beach access. Had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the pool and spa. The beach bathroom was very convenient for use while out at the pool or lounging on the covered patio. We actually appointed the boys to accommodate the bathroom. „We enjoyed ourselves and thought the house was perfect for our family. We had a very large private top floor. My son had a private room and bathroom on the bottom. My daughter and two kids had two rooms on the middle floor. Kitchen was well equipped and big enough to make our Thanksgiving dinner. Great beach access.“

„We rented this house so we could visit Amelia Island during the Dickens on Centre festival. Our family enjoyed the house amenities and it was close to all the things we wanted to do downtown. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we sent messages. They stocked the kitchen with plenty of Keurig K-Cups for morning coffee and paper products throughout the house were all well stocked. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!“

„The Canopy Cottage has good interior space. The location is great with respect to its proximity to destinations in / around Amelia Island. The proximity to A1A makes for a lot traffic passing by. The grounds are rugged and not well maintained but the location is really great. It is great that my sister could bring her little dog. We had a great time and I would recommend this place for others.“
