"We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel. The service was top-notch, and the quality exceeded all expectations. Hotel Room: The room was well-maintained, and the view of the Bazylika Mariacka made the experience even more special. The mattress was extremely comfortable and provided excellent back support. In some reviews, we read that noise from the neighboring club could be disturbing. While we could hear the music, it was so muffled that it didn’t bother us at all. We always slept well. Food: The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. And if it did, you could order from the menu at no extra cost. For dinner, we often went to Trattoria Degusti, where we enjoyed excellent Italian cuisine. The service was outstanding, and the value for money was excellent. Cleanliness: The hotel room was impeccably clean. The housekeeping staff even moved the bedside tables to clean behind them – a level of detail you don’t see every day. The entire hotel was spotless. Spa: The spa is highly recommended. It is beautifully located in an old vaulted cellar. The large pool is perfect for swimming, and there are various saunas and a whirlpool. At no point did we feel that it was overcrowded. The only thing I would change is that the swimming pool felt a bit cold to me, but that might just be my personal perception. "
