« pourri, je suis arrivé à 22.30 plus rien à manger pas de service en chambre, bar ferme restaurant fermé. Aucune solution proposé. apres avoir insisté on m'a ouvert le snck corner pour acheter des chips !!! la chambre moquette ancienne odeur d'humidité. le lendemain matin pas d'ascenseur j'ai dû descendre 12 etages par les escaliers avec 50kg de bagages. je n'y retournerai jamais. »

« I think this hotel is perfect if you go to Houston. Very good location, and everything is clean and you have everything you need inside. It’s not a 5 stars hotel, but it’s a perfect (10/10) 4-stars hotel. »

« I’ve been there a few times. Great location Great Service I had to change room The rooms need to be repaired, dry walls, toilet leaking all the time (both rooms) all night…. Torn and broken curtains Gym equipment need maintenance as they are squeaking and air circulation in that room is inefficient Rooms have to be refreshed Price wise it is not worth it 1 star hotel »

« Biggio’s was fine. But there’s a conference in town and the service took literally hours. We went to the other hotel bar, we had four drinks in total very, very expensive. The Texas lazy river was pretty cool, not exactly what I’d hoped for but still kind of a cool novelty feature. Hot tub was pretty dirty and a little grimy no service on the rooftop bar, but there was a actual bar that we could walk up to. »

« Stay was good however I was alarmed when all of sudden a housekeeper came bardging into my room without knocking and/or announcing themself! I had to yell out to the person. Staff should always knock before entering rooms…. »
