„For a 5 star hotel the service could be better and especially for that money. In some cases the staff at the reception were unable to provide information regarding ski areas/ski schools. There were also some cheeky answers. They charged over €10 for a Pepsi to the room and far too much was charged for a gravel parking spot that was icy.“

„Wunderbar wäre übertrieben, zufriedenstellend trifft eher zu. Das Zimmer war durch zu viel Ausstattung eng, zum Aufladen von GPS und Handy musste ich die Steckdose des Fernsehapparates freilegen, die Fenster waren zwar auf der Waldseite, doch als ich sie öffnete, kam der abgestandene Geruch einer Entlüftungsanlage herein.“

„Ein Wellness Hotel? Um 14 Uhr öffnet das Wellness Center. Habe ich noch nirgendwo erlebt. Viele Leute wollen noch vor dem Frühstücken eine Runde Schwimmen gehen. So kenne ich das bisher überall, wo ich gewesen bin. Und das waren nicht wenige Hotels. Essen ist mittelmäßig, Sonderwünsche darf man nicht haben.
