« The service at Ciala is always top notch. This is my third time staying with them and they are always hospitable. Our TV was missing from our room, so check in was a bit delayed and they had to separate our beds which we had asked for before we arrived, but other than that, if you need a place to relax, it is great to wind down there. »

« The best part about this lodge is it’s location. Sitted inside a wildlife park AND by the shores of Lake Victoria. The best of two worlds. The staff were also extra attentive and very courteous. I had a genuinely great time. »

« The place is quiet and serene. We checked in but our room was not ready so they gave us a place to wait. The place is well designed and it's close to town and not far from the airport. The food is absolutely sumptuous. The only improvements they could make are the shower that doesn't give enough hot water and the mattress is a bit firm. »

« We were in Kakamega for work and during the weekend we moved to Rondo. This is a lovely and peaceful place, with an enchanting park were it is possible to see monkeys and listen to the songs of a variety of birds. We appreciated a lot the meals (I've asked for vegetarian meals and they was excellent) and the tea with a delicious piece of cake in the afternoons, taken directly to our small but beautiful cottage, despite the rain. »
