« La première impression est malheureusement négative. L'entrée sur la promenade et le lobby de l'hôtel n'ont plus été rénovés depuis des décennies: tapis usés jusqu'à la corde, peintures défraîchies, etc. Pour ce qui est de la chambre: mobilier, tapis et salle de bains vieillots style années 80. Propreté OK, mais sans plus. En revanche, splendide vue sur la mer. Une merveille. Eviter à tout prix les chambres donnant sur le parking et les installations! Bon buffet de petit-déjeuner, personnel...

« Excellent hotel on Queens Promenade, friendly staff and very clean rooms. Breakfast a bit expensive at £14 full English or £10 Continental per day. Four floors with a very small lift with two metal gates rather than a door. My room on the third floor was very comfortable though the window was in a strange place behind the TV in the corner so there was little natural light i the room. Bus stops right outside the hotel and electric railway just a 5 minute walk away . I would recommend this...

« Great location. Parking space on car park to the rear. Spotlessly clean. William the receptionist / caretaker was excellent. Has everything you need. However, it sells itself as a luxury apartment and it doesn’t live up to it. Eg. In the bedroom there is only one bedside table and lamp. On one corner of the bed there is only six inches in which to get past. The wardrobe is not great quality and the sliding door comes of it’s rail easily. ( can also be put back easily but.. ) in the living...

« Central location, close to bus stops, Cindy the host was lovely and our stay lived up to all the previous reviews we read. Lovely clean room, nice bed, quiet street, had our own kitchenette and living room and bathroom, it was pretty much like renting a whole apartment but cheaper! We felt like we had moved house and it was our own apartment! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone! »

« staff friendly room clean and serviced every day only problem kitchen extract exhaust finished by the window which although was locked shut did not seal It came on at 6am and room smelt of breakfast and later on until around midnight it smelt of malaysian food for that reason I would not stay there again »
