« Beaucoup de bruit avec le système de conditionnement d air et de pompes qui commence après 22h00 et qui est incessant pratiquement toute la nuit. Dommage car les chambres sur piscine sont grandes et lits confortables. Le restaurant bar de l hôtel et son personnel est très sympa. En revanche beaucoup d imcompréhension avec celui de la réception pour réservation etc. A améliorer. »

« Although I had booked a room for one night, I couldn't stay there: a bad storm hit the island few days before we arrive and the generator broke down. Nonetheless, the driver was waiting for me at the airport and drove me to the hotel I was rebooked at. It was very good and no surprise with the price. Excellent customer service despite the situation they had to go through. Will definitely give it a try again. »

« Check in was very easy and they were kind enough to hold my bags until my proper check in time. The first room I was given had some mold in it and a small hole in the bottom of the wall. They were again very kind and switched me to a different room that was very clean. If you get placed on one side of the hotel though you can hear whatever club it is next door very late into the night unfortunately. »

« Séjour inoubliable dans ce resort niché au milieu d'un jardin fleuri. Propreté impeccable. Chambre et salle de bain très grande. Accueil très attentionné. Petit déjeuner et dîner copieux. Les informations fournies pour visiter l'île nous ont été très utiles. »

« The property, bungalow and view were all gorgeous and even better than the pictures showed. The breakfasts were delicious, and delivered to your door at your preferred time. Staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. Parking is at the base of a steep hill, but staff are available to transport you and luggage up to your bungalow. Would definitely stay here again. Perfection! »

« The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable. »

« Disappointing since I stayed there a long time ago. It’s under new management who have not kept up the hotel. The restaurant and bars are closed. The complimentary breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, white toast —no jam, butter, rce jook, spicey rice noodles, picked vegetables, cabbage slaw, Black Chinese tea. They tried to accommodate me with instant coffee and milk. Workers are nice. Basically for Chinese visitors. »

« The S&C is a small one-bedroom apartment with a small kitchen and a decent size living room. The staff was incredible, however, the facility is dated. The bathroom needs some serious updating, and it should be noted that you can not flush toilet paper in the toilets. The kitchen has a stove but the experience would really be upgraded with a microwave (the Executive Bar heated items in their microwave for me). « This is a scam please don’t book this non refundable hotel. We tried to contact them numerous times with no response and the only way to the island is via their boat. We had to book another hotel and then try and get our money back from Expedia which was refunded. They said hotel closed in 2020 »
