We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK »

« Bit of a pain having to check into a different hotel before going to the one I actually booked. But for the price it was fine, clean and tidy. Very noisy though with traffic outside and people walking about on creaking floorboards and every door slamming. »

« A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. « We just got back and I have to say I give this property 4 1/2 out of 5. Clean, tidy, excellent location (7 mins walk to/from the pier and only 3 mins from the town centre), has almost all you need, fridge, good size freezer, microwave, cooker and hob,,TV, fan, great shower room and lots more. We we very happy with the overall internal offerings. There were a few minor down points, no broom which was much needed also no mop and when you have a mostly open shower it makes a difference, the bed...

« Excellent rapport qualité prix, petit hôtel calme très bien situé, proche du centre et avec un arrêt de bus juste au pied de l'hotel qui dessert l'aéroport(ligne A1). Les chambres auraient besoin d'une petite rénovation mais l'hôtel est très propre et les chambres sont confrtables et suffisamment spacieuses. »

« Complètement nul. La moquette n’a pas été aspiré. A 5h du matin on y voit comme en plein jour et la nuit la façade de l’hotel est éclairé par une lampe bleu en plein sur la fenêtre de la chambre. Une vitre était cassée. C’est bruyant. On est couvert de boutons car on s’est fait attaquer par des puces de lit. On a quand même payé 250€ pour 2 nuits, c’est honteux ! »

« A very nice hotel in a lovely street, close to the sea. Of course you have to take the bus to go downtown which is not very close, unless you have a car. The street is quiet so you can sleep without being bothered by noise. The bed is good and it is useful to have a little kitchen well equipped. The only thing lacking is a towel holder in the shower and in the room. The little garden is lovely and the owner is very welcoming. »
